I am a photographer based in Brooklyn, NY. For the past two years, I have been working on a personal project creating portraits of people involved in cosplay, reenactment, LARP, etc - basically any group based around costuming. I am fascinated and inspired by the way people from vastly disparate backgrounds come together and form community and find identity through these worlds, and of course the amazing creativity and variety of the costumes.
